Giving 5 stars across the board is tricky because you don't want to raise unrealistic expectations. Every case is different. That said, I honestly can't say one bad thing about this agent. Several different agents couldn't sell my unit for a full year, it was turning into a nightmare. She came and sold it one two three. Real easy to deal with -- honest, responsive, accommodating, no boasting, no hype, no hassle. Other agents gave excuses, not her. Just got it done, what can I say. The brokerage name is E-Z Sell Realty, and I was naturally suspicious because when companies have a name like this it's sometimes a gimmick. I was amazed, she did EXACTLY what the name says, and promises were KEPT. Totally recommend her.
